I can see so clearly, but my hearing eludes me as I walk this lonely street.

I never listen to the sound of nature because the voices talk to loud.

I can see their reflections in the puddles but I think they think I'm blind.

But I sometimes talk to strangers.
They tell me secrets about the universe and the way that God designed us.

As free as the bird absolute and precise
An old regret and lingers with wisdom
A new found friend that makes you feel welcome
How shallow the heart that seeks the truth

A cliche that bores a thousand blunt arrows
Ten billion events the death of an ego
They climb the walls to find level ground
To be one with peace would be profound
How shallow the heart that follows the wrong path.

The beginning of life with whom you confide

How splendid, because these skies do shelter my realism.
Most forceful, they promise these tears to wait.
To await this age become, and tragic! Unto this prison.
Believe, and portray your friends your fate.

Watching the leafs fall from the trees,
feeling the air crisp clean with care.
A tangled bloom, a lazy moon,
soon I will be, alone here with me.

A forest surrounds us within me and I,
is this what it feels like to be at rest when I die?
At peace with my thoughts the rhythm of sound,
why stay up there when I can stay underground.

Hazel eyes reflecting green skies,
one single tone down here in my zone.
No material presence an insightful essence,
to good to be true I'm feeling brand new.

When freedom invites me I'll abruptly accept,
the time I spent here I'll never forget.
For deep in my heart I will always be free,
like a bird in a cage and the tall willow tree.

The day he died

I'll never forget the day he died,
his final words, "Oh God they lied!"
A Love so strong of that he tried,
with everything he gave being totally denied.

The only thing that kept him clean
was dreams of love a chosen theme,
he never before had to run and hide,
I'll never forget the day he died.

He had such character a very bright spark,
he always knew how to make his mark.
He locked away his feelings deep down inside,
I'll never forget the day he died.

They forced him to quite and lose all sight,
they pulled him down he lost the fight.
He tread so carefully the rules he abide,
I'll never forget the day he died.

And so to rest they say he went,
but turning constantly can't be heaven sent.
Those barbarians killed him like a giant landslide,

Enlightenment

Unique happenings within a golden age,
I forgot what you said as I turned the page.
Was written in gold a thousand words long,
you made me feel welcome in a place I belong.

Seek the truth, why must we must?
A paranoid insight who can we trust?
Why waste this time by creating an end?
Why close our eyes why just pretend?

I watched as they slaughtered a thousand trees,
I saw it as murder but no one else see's.
My mind was corrupted Psychotic and climbing,
your soft soothing voice was very good timing.

Today is the day I decide to ignore,
the whistle that haunts me outside my door.
The higher than thou, the blind and the weak,
the sunshine outside seems very bleak.

I was once on a journey I was once optimistic,
the truth came to haunt me and sent me ballistic
Enlightenment struck and made me aware,
my Journey is over because now I don't care.

Cometh the being that don't understand,
the things that I write about Gods gracious land.
Try not to seek, just be as they say,
and you'll never gain the knowledge that made me this way.
